Huskies Basketball offers basketball training programmes, league participation, court bookings, and merchandise through our website. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display accurate product information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for an incorrectly priced item.

Availability of products and services is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product or service at any time.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

Registration for training programmes and leagues constitutes a binding commitment. Cancellations or transfers must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the programme commencement date.

Huskies Basketball reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any programme due to insufficient enrolment, facility unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or programme transfer.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any health and fitness requirements. Huskies Basketball is not liable for injuries arising from participation in our programmes unless caused by our direct negligence.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Huskies Basketball or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

The Huskies Basketball name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of Huskies Basketball. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huskies Basketball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, products, or programmes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
